Questions we answer before the first budget line

Straight answers about what AdBloom is, how we work and what we will not promise.

AdBloom team standup in the Tanjong Pagar planning room
  • "AdBloom"? Is this a florist, a self-serve ad network / adtech tool you sign up for, or an ad-arbitrage / bought-traffic operation?

No to all three. "AdBloom" is a figure of speech about a brand's reach widening once its media is planned properly — nothing botanical, and we sell no flowers. We are a media planning and performance marketing agency in Tanjong Pagar: channel strategy, Google Ads and paid search, paid social on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, SEO, landing pages and CRO, and measurement and reporting. We are a human team working under a signed scope of work — NOT an ad network, ad exchange, DSP, ad server, self-serve platform or software subscription. We do not run ad arbitrage, pop-unders, click farms or bot traffic, and we do not buy fake followers or engagement. The `.pro` TLD is branding only. We do NOT guarantee rankings, leads, sales or ROAS — costs and results depend on your product, market, budget and timing. See our disclaimer on every page footer.

  • How does a first consultation or discovery session work?

You submit an enquiry or email [email protected] with a short description of what is running today — platforms, approximate monthly spend, and what you wish you could measure. We schedule a 45-minute video call or studio visit within five business days. Discovery covers your product, audience, current campaigns, tracking setup, internal resources and business goals. We ask for read-only access to ad accounts and analytics where possible. The output is a written summary and, if there is a fit, a scoped proposal — not a generic pitch deck. Discovery is complimentary for qualified enquiries; complex audits may be scoped as a paid project.

  • What budgets do Singapore clients typically work with?

Agency fees and media spend are separate. Our management retainers typically start from S$1,800 per month for a single channel and S$2,800+ for multi-channel programmes. One-off projects — audits, landing page builds, tracking setup — range from S$1,900 to S$4,500 depending on scope. Platform media spend varies widely: some SME clients allocate S$3,000–S$8,000 monthly across Google Ads and paid social; larger programmes exceed S$25,000. We advise on allocation but do not require a minimum media budget. Results depend on budget, product, market and execution — never guaranteed.

  • How is media spend handled and billed separately from agency fees?

You pay advertising platforms — Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others — directly with your own payment methods under their terms and policies. Our invoices cover strategy, account management, reporting, creative coordination and consultation. Every proposal shows both lines clearly so there is no confusion. We never mark up platform spend or act as a middleman wallet unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific procurement reason, which is rare. You retain ownership of ad accounts; we request access as an agency partner.

  • Project vs monthly retainer — which engagement model fits?

Projects suit one-off needs: a tracking audit, a landing page build, a campaign launch with a defined end date. Retainers suit ongoing paid media management, SEO programmes and monthly reporting where continuity matters. Most performance marketing clients start with a three-month retainer after discovery so we can implement tracking, stabilise campaigns and produce meaningful data before judging results. Either model begins only after a signed scope of work. Submitting an enquiry is not an engagement.

  • How long until we see results, and what affects timelines?

Paid search can show directional data within weeks if tracking is sound. SEO and content programmes typically need three to six months before trends are meaningful. Landing page tests require enough traffic to reach statistical significance — low-volume sites wait longer. Factors outside our control include your product-market fit, pricing, sales follow-up speed, seasonality, competitor activity and platform policy changes. We set KPIs with ranges, not guarantees, and report monthly on what changed and why.

  • How does AdBloom use AI tools?

AI assists with drafting report commentary, summarising search query data, generating keyword ideas for human review and speeding up repetitive analysis. Strategy, budget decisions, account changes and client-facing recommendations are made by experienced team members. We do not auto-pilot campaigns or publish AI-generated ads without human review. Client data used in AI-assisted workflows is handled under our Privacy Policy and not used to train public models without consent.

  • How is enquiry, client and campaign data handled?

We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Enquiry data is used to respond and, with consent, to send relevant follow-up. Client campaign data is accessed only for contracted services, stored securely and retained per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. See [email protected] for data protection enquiries.

  • What does AdBloom NOT do?

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, ROAS, follower growth or viral reach. We do not buy fake followers, bot traffic or engagement. We do not practice black-hat SEO, link farming or ad arbitrage. We do not sell marketing courses, template packs or software subscriptions. We do not operate as a florist, wellness brand, MLM or get-rich scheme. We are a media and performance marketing agency — nothing else.

  • How does reporting work?

Monthly reports include spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and cost per enquiry or acquisition where tracking allows — with plain-English commentary on changes, tests run and recommended next steps. Dashboards are shared in tools your team can access after the engagement. We flag attribution gaps honestly rather than smoothing them over. Reporting you can argue with is the point.

  • How does a project start?

After discovery and an agreed proposal, both parties sign a scope of work covering deliverables, fees, timeline, access requirements and termination terms. Invoices are issued per the payment schedule in that document. Work begins once the signed scope and initial payment (if applicable) are received. Until then, any conversation remains an enquiry.
